An in-depth body assessment before training
We review your physical condition, posture, movement capacity and goals to identify what needs attention before developing your program.
ABOUT CORE PILATES
Core Pilates is a network of Pilates and Yoga studios that puts members and their progress first. We assess each member's physical condition, posture and goals to develop an appropriate program that helps improve body shape, core strength and flexibility, while addressing imbalances in movement patterns.
Core Pilates stands out through its professionally trained instructors, standardized teaching materials and instruction grounded in kinesiology. We help members understand and control their bodies, as well as learn the exercises.
Discover our approach →WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Our approach goes beyond attentive service or modern facilities. It is reflected in how we assess, train, guide and support our members. Flexibility and a strong commitment to member benefits throughout their training put our people-first philosophy into practice. Our welcoming studio model allows us to listen to each individual and offer appropriate support, rather than apply one rigid policy to everyone.
We review your physical condition, posture, movement capacity and goals to identify what needs attention before developing your program.
Exercises are selected according to each member's physical condition, training history and ability.
Most instructors have at least five years of experience. They receive regular internal training, attend international courses and continue their professional development with our Lead Pilates Instructor and experienced Pilates and kinesiology specialists.
Our Lead Pilates Instructor and studio owner follow every member and class alongside the instructor teaching the session. Where appropriate, a nutrition specialist or professional advisor may also provide support.
Core means what matters most. At Core Pilates, meaningful member progress is how we assess the quality of our programs, our instructors' expertise and the support we provide.
Members can postpone or cancel sessions, extend packages or place them on hold free of charge for reasonable circumstances. Several members can also purchase based on the total sessions of a larger package to receive a better per-session rate, while each retains a separate package with a fixed number of sessions. Complimentary independent practice: Members registered with Core Pilates may practice independently when studio space is available, whether they have yet to start, are currently training or have completed their package. Independent practice is unsupervised, does not count toward package sessions and must follow studio safety rules.
SERVICES
Core Pilates offers classes for a range of needs and ages: private Pilates sessions, small-group Pilates, Yoga, family packages and specialized options such as supportive exercise for scoliosis and Pilates Kids.
Flexible programs from 1 to 12 months: Core Pilates offers 1-, 3-, 6-, 9- and 12-month packages to suit individual needs. A 12-session package over one month helps you get familiar with Pilates and notice initial changes. Programs of 3–6 months build a foundation and support more noticeable progress, potentially working toward around 50% of agreed goals. Programs of 9–12 months support more comprehensive, lasting change, potentially working toward around 90% of goals.
Flexible member benefits: Members receive support with postponements, rescheduling, extensions and package holds free of charge under studio policies. Package end dates are handled flexibly, and members retain their entitlement to purchased sessions. Actual results depend on each member's physical condition, goals, training frequency and lifestyle.
Exercise sessions for scoliosis provide supportive training and do not replace medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.
